NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The 2024 Annual General Meeting for the South Australian Athletic League will be held at Club Marion in the Hills View West Function Room on Tuesday June 4 at 7pm.

COMMITTEE POSITIONS
Anyone wishing to nominate for the 2024/25 Management Committee is asked to forward their nomination with a short description as to why they wish to be elected via email to admin@saal.org.au by no later than the 4th of May. A nomination form is attached.

Nominations will be sent out to all members for consideration before the AGM.

The following positions will become vacant:
- President (2 years)
- 3 Committee Members (2 years)
- 1 Committee Members (1 year)

Further information will be provided in due course, including an agenda, details of Life Membership nominations and the Annual Report.

LIFE MEMBERSHIP NOMINATIONS
Do you know someone that you think is worthy of a SAAL Life Membership nomination? We would love to hear from you.

Nominations must be received by the SAAL Office admin@saal.org.au before 4pm 30th April. Nominations for Life Membership must be in writing and signed by two (2) current League Members or Life Members.

To be eligible for Life Membership a person must have given outstanding and meritorious service on promoting the interest of the League as follows:

(i) For a minimum of 15 years including not less than 5 years as an official, or holder of an administrative position.

(ii) For a minimum of 10 years as an official or holder of an administrative position.

(iii) For a minimum of 20 years as a Registered Athlete or Coach.
