Bay Sheffield Eligibility
Have you got your runs in yet? Make sure you are aware of the change in eligibility rules and get your qualifying races in before the Bay. 

7mm Spikes Only for Sprints at Port Adelaide
Note that you can only wear 7mm spikes on the sprint track at Port! We have these in stock at the SAAL tent for $15 so grab yourself a packet at Flinders to make sure you are sorted. 

Split 50-50 Raffle
We are currently raising funds to support the Keith Patching Memorial Carnival, a much-loved carnival amongst the SAAL Community. As well as sourcing new sponsors to add to the valued, long-term sponsors of the event, we have a Split 50-50 Raffle on the go which will be drawn this Sunday 5th
of November.
