CRYSTAL BROOK – THANK YOU 
Thank you to all that assisted with set up, pack up and official duties at Crystal Brook. Your help was greatly appreciated.

To all athletes, coaches, families and friends who made the trip to Crystal Brook thank you! The community could not have been more welcoming and they put on a great carnival. Live music afterwards included an impromptu performance by our very own Graham Henderson (no doubt in a chipper mood after his 300m sash win) and Ruby Sulicich went home with a new eski full of Powerade.

CHECK YOUR DATA
Every time you nominate for a SAAL race it is important that you have checked and confirmed that your previous results are complete and correct. It is particularly important that we have your PBs. You need to enter your own times from school competitions, masters, nationals etc. We upload results from SAAL, ASA and the VAL – please just check them.

A friendly reminder that if for any reason you feel you may not be able to run your best you must report to the Chief Steward BEFORE you race. Please see the SAAL tent and we can point you in the right direction.

Split 50/50 Raffle
After great success running a raffle of this format at last year’s Bay Sheffield we have got the ball rolling early this year and will be running a split 50-50 raffle to be drawn at the Toby Schreier Flinders Pro Meet . 50% will go to the winner and 50% to the SAAL.
